Cancellation & Late Policy All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted based on the time remaining. The original booked service total will still apply. Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total as a no-show. ———— Appointment Changes Please book all services and add-ons you wish to receive in advance. Changes or additions cannot be guaranteed at the time of your appointment. If your service must be shortened or altered due to lateness or a client-requested change, you will still be responsible for the original booked service total. ———— Squeeze-In Appointments Appointments scheduled outside of regular availability or added to an otherwise unavailable schedule are considered squeeze-in appointments and are subject to a $75 convenience fee, in addition to the cost of services. Regular business hours: Tuesday–Thursday 10AM–5PM Friday 10AM–6PM Saturday 6AM–5PM Sunday & Monday CLOSED ————— Rebooking Prepaid Appointments Appointments paid in full at the time of booking may be rescheduled one time, provided the request is made within the required cancellation window. Any additional rescheduling will be considered a new booking, and previously paid amounts will not transfer to the new appointment. ——- Travel Appointments By booking a travel appointment with Glitterati Nails, clients agree to provide a clean, safe, and accessible environment with adequate lighting, seating, a flat work surface, nearby electrical outlets, and clear entry instructions. Clients are responsible for providing accessible parking and any necessary permits, fees, or entry information. If the environment prevents proper setup or is considered unsafe or unsanitary, Glitterati Nails reserves the right to decline or discontinue service. The full scheduled service total will still apply. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all travel appointments, with the remaining balance due at the time of service. Travel appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, no-shows, or clients who are unavailable/unresponsive for more than 15 minutes after the technician’s arrival will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward that amount.
